About Yoga!!!


I think that yoga is good exercise for our health and a lot of people are interested in the reasons that they want to slim down, to be beautiful and to care their stiff shoulders.
Yoga has five thousand year's history that the cradle is India. This link is about a lot of yoga's poses. To tell the truth, the yoga's moving the body evenly rather than easing the symptoms only by one pose and balancing and continuing for a certain period are important. As a result, it appeals systematically to the entire body, and movement and the vicissitudes of the organ in the body improve. Moreover, the muscle not usually used is untied, and the spine and the joint are softened. It becomes the result of often doing circulation of the blood by correcting breath. Feelings cheerfully become positive gradually when the body is in order, and the lifestyle is in order.
